My Chemical Romance played ‘The Light Behind Your Eyes’ live for the first time and dedicated ‘Boy Division’ to former Every Time I Die guitarist and wrestler Andy Williams in Phoenix last night (September 7). As as they moved to the B-stage at Chase Field, frontman Gerard Way and co. performed ‘Boy Division’ from 2013’s ‘Conventional Weapons’ EP, a compilation of scrapped pre-‘Danger Days’ material and dedicated it to late Every Time I Die guitarist and wrestler Andy Williams who passed away over the weekend after collapsing after a wrestling event in Pennsylvania. Dedicating the track to Williams, Way said: “This one’s for ‘The Butcher’,” in reference to Williams’ professional wrestling name. You can view footage below.
