The new Sense & Sensibility has arrived in UK cinemas, with Daisy Edgar-Jones and Esmé Creed-Miles taking on Jane Austen’s Dashwood sisters – but what songs are included? Find out below. Directed by Georgia Oakley and adapted by novelist Diana Reid, the latest version of Austen’s 1811 novel casts Edgar-Jones as the restrained Elinor Dashwood and Creed-Miles as her more impulsive younger sister Marianne. The story follows the family after the death of Mr Dashwood leaves the women facing greatly reduced circumstances and a move to a cottage in Devon, where Elinor and Marianne become entangled in complicated relationships with Edward Ferrars (George MacKay), John Willoughby (Frank Dillane) and Colonel Brandon (Herbert Nordrum).
