Stalker 2 is packed with explorers, barons, soldiers, and civilians for you to meet during your travels across The Zone. However, throughout the journey you will hear the voice of Skif, the game’s main character, who is a lone wanderer in this world. With some solid voice acting in the game, you may be wondering who voices him.

Skif’s voice actor in Ukranian is Dmytro Gavrylov and in English is Alex Montyro.
Dmytro Gavrylov has appeared in a number of projects, especially prior to 2022. He appeared in a lot of TV shows, such as The Slavs, S Kem Povedeshsya, Almaznaya korona, and Secret Love. From what we can tell, this is his first role in a game, so it is a big role to fill, but he does a great job.
Alex Montyro is an actor based in the Czech Republic, which is where GSC Game World relocated to after the war in Ukraine broke out. He has also appeared in a films and shows here and there, including Extraction 2 on Netflix and Carnival Row in small roles. He also played Agent Sterns in Last Light on NBC.
He has voiced a few characters in other small games before. These include Way of the Hunter where he played River Knox and Vigor where he voiced Adam.
Overall though, Skif is one of the biggest roles both actors have played, and they do a great job at bringing life to the character. In fact, the entire cast does a fantastic job at making The Zone feel alive and dangerous to explore.
