You know about 2hollis, right? He's The Moment and all that? Perhaps you would be interested to learn that 2hollis, who is himself just 22, has a younger brother who leads a very young LA youth crew hardcore band. Angus Frazier is part of Start Today, a band who take their name from Gorilla Biscuits' only album and who are dedicated to bringing back a fast, fundamentalist hardcore style that was considered to be a revival movement within the genre before anyone in Start Today was even born.

Start Today formed and released their demo in 2024, and they followed it with a self-titled EP last year. From what I can tell, the members of the band are kids; some of them might still be teenagers. They've already become a force within hardcore, and their sets at a bunch of recent festivals have left people with very good feelings about the band. This spring, they'll head out on a huge tour with Terror, Pain Of Truth, and End It. On Saturday, Start Today released Nothing To You, their first full-length LP. And by "full-length LP," I mean that this is nine songs in ten minutes. It seems like the live show is the real ideal introduction to this band, but the record is pretty fun. Listen below.

Nothing To You is our now on Rebirth.
