Arch Enemy have announced a deluxe edition of their latest album, Blood Dynasty, out October 10th.
The Swedish metallers also shared one of the expanded edition’s three bonus tracks, “Break the Spell,” which the band describes as a “raw, introspective journey through despair and resilience” in its press release.
“It confronts mortality, fear, and emotional collapse — yet refuses to surrender,” stated the band of the song — a more hard-rock leaning tune as compared to much of Blood Dynasty‘s extreme metal. “Haunting and defiant, it transforms pain into empowerment, offering strength to anyone fighting through dark times.”
The deluxe edition news and new track arrive less than a month before Arch Enemy launch a major European tour with support from Amorphis, Eluveitie, and Gatecreeper. The trek runs through October and November, and you can get tickets here.
Arch Enemy released Blood Dynasty in March after a lengthy promotional cycle and multiple single drops throughout 2024. The album notched a spot on our rundown of the Top 20 Metal/Hard Rock Albums of 2025 So Far back in July and looks to be a popular choice for year-end metal lists.
