bb sway unveils new EP, Becoming You

"With this EP, I really wanted to focus on the songwriting. I've gone through various phases where I've primarily focused on creating a soundworld, a 'vibe', or making earworms that are catchy and fun. I still often think about these things, but with the 'Becoming You' EP, I wanted to challenge myself to write good songs that could resonate with people, and hold their own across multiple arrangements,' bb sway explains.

"I didn't want to get too carried away with production. I wanted these songs to be able to stand on their own two feet, even when all the fancy production is stripped away - to have the soul of the song sustained even in its most distilled form".

The new release, Becoming You, follows bb sway’s previous two EPs – How Will I Get There and Pearl.
