The complete ‘Bose x NME: C25’ mixtape, featuring a stacked lineup of global emerging talent is available to stream from today (September 19) on Spotify, Apple Music and all major platforms.

The legendary C-Series compilation was relaunched in March 2023 thanks to a new partnership between NME and Bose. Featured artists on ‘C23′ included King Princess, Genesis Owusu and 070 Shake while last summer’s ‘C24’ mixtape boasted a stacked line-up including rugged soulmaster Teddy Swims, jazz-loving singer-songwriter Laufey, London-based musician Artemas and more. Combined, the two releases have racked up more than 100million streams.
The latest instalment, ‘Bose x NME: C25’, spotlights the next generation of music talent from around the world. The eight-track mixtape features Parcels’ chilled-out ‘Summerinlove’, Zimmer90’s dreamy ‘what a life’ and Alex Warren’s gorgeous orchestral reworking of his hit single ‘Eternity’.
“This song is pretty big as it is. It has a lot of build moments. When you listen to an orchestra version, I think it almost pulls the heartstrings a little more,” Warren told NME recently.
‘C25’ also features ZIN CHOI’s swaggering bedroom-pop banger ‘microGiant’, ‘Will We Ever Wake Up’ from rave king Cloonee and Diplo’s remix of buzzy Korean co-ed group ALLDAY PROJECT’s ‘WICKED’. A live version of CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso’s energetic ‘EL DÍA DEL AMIGO’ and LANA’s sleek ‘Icy Tale’ complete the mixtape.

As well as hitting your favourite streaming platform, a limited run of vinyl records and cassette tapes of the ‘C25’ mixtape will be made available. To support the release Parcels, Alex Warren and CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso have taken part in On Tape, an innovative video series featuring one-take, 360-degree performances in carefully selected locations with emotional significance for each artist. Two premium social content series, Cassette Confessions and Play The Tape, have been introduced this year too as a way of highlighting the C-Series analogue roots and celebrating the experience of music via physical formats.
