The inaugural Breakaway Atlanta is nearly underway. Get up to speed on all the info you need to make it a festival for the books.
Breakaway Music Festival has grown to a nationwide brand. From Ohio, Michigan, and Minnesota to Dallas, Phoenix, and even Florida, ravers from every area of the US don’t need to venture far to experience one of these hype-worthy events.
When the lineup for Breakaway Atlanta dropped back in February, it was clear that this would be no departure from the festival’s standard of quality. Bass heads who flock to Center Parc Credit Union Stadium this weekend can look forward to DJ sets by the likes of Wooli, Blanke, and Cyclops, whereas billings like Chris Lake, Dr. Fresch, and MISS DRE will appeal to the house heads. Even superstars like Illenium and Zedd will add a measure of mainstage flair.
But a next-level lineup alone doesn’t equal a good time. If you’re want to make the most of Breakaway Atlanta, there are some things you should know in advance. Read on for set times, travel tips, maps, and other pertinent information.

Breakaway Atlanta 2025 – Transportation:
Parking at Center Parc Stadium can be purchased in advance for either day of the festival via ParkMobile while passes are still available. Both one and two-day shuttle passes are also available courtesy of One N Only EDM.
Rideshare to and from Breakaway Atlanta is also available. The pickup and dropoff location can be found at these coordinates.
Breakaway Atlanta 2025 – Sustainability:
Breakaway Atlanta is committed to reducing its impact on the environment. Waste stations around the festival footprint include blue bins for recyclables, and attendees are also bring reusable water bottles to top off at refill stations and pick up a few pieces of litter on their way out.
Reminder To Mind Your Belongings:
Unfortunately, many recent festival-goers have reported pickpockets, bag slashings, and theft of wallets, smartphones, purses, and other valuables. While this small number of bad apples in the bunch doesn’t define an entire crowd, some opportunistic people come to these events to take advantage of unsuspecting partygoers. It’s essential to be mindful of your valuables while at Breakaway Atlanta.

Breakaway Atlanta 2025 – Dos and Don’ts:
Prohibited Items
- Bags larger than 14 x 6 x 14, including backpacks
- Professional camera equipment: detachable lenses, tripods, battery packs, large commercial video cameras, GoPros
- Totems
- Umbrellas
- Individual glow sticks
- Chairs (including foldable and lawn)
- Seat cushions with backs
- Tents
- Aerosol cans, spray paint, or pressurized cans
- Frisbees and sports balls (soccer balls, footballs, etc.)
- Air horns
- Glass containers of any kind
- Selfie sticks
- Remote-controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems (drones)
- Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons and firearms (regardless of concealed carry permit)
- Food or beverage of any kind
- Illegal drugs, substances, or harmful chemicals
- Medical marijuana
- Laser pointers, spray paint, silly string
- Fireworks of any kind, including but not limited to flares, smoke bombs, incendiary devices, and pyrotechnics
- Whistles
- Hoverboards
- Any item that can be used as a projectile or deemed as dangerous by the festival organizers
- Pets (service animals only)
- Drugs of any kind (including cannabis and cannabis products) are prohibited without exception.
Permitted Items
- Small, clear bags 14 x 6 x 14 or smaller; no backpacks or large bags (subject to search upon entry). Small bags like purses and fanny packs do not have to be clear.
- Prescription medication must be in the pharmacy bottle with a current and valid prescription stating: your name, medication name, and dosage. Our medical staff will verify this if necessary. You must have a valid ID ready to present if requested. The name on your valid ID and the name on the current and valid prescription bottle must match. Enter the event with sufficient medication for one day.
- If you will be bringing any medical supplies that require disposal after use, please use appropriate ease containers found at our medical tents. Please, for the safety of our staff that handles the trash, do not dispose of these items in the trash bins or portable restrooms.
- Medications that need to be inhaled are allowed only by prescription, and must meet the same requirements listed above.
- While Breakaway does have a bag policy, we make exceptions for diaper bags. These bags do not have to be clear and can be larger than the listed requirements of 14 x 6 x 14. Diaper bags should be soft sided and have no locked compartments. They will be subject to the same respectful security screening as other items. The same will apply for breast pumps.
- Flags (no poles) are allowed.
- Hydration packs, empty of all liquid and no more than two total pockets (one reservoir and one additional pocket), no larger than 14 x 6 x 14 are allowed. Hydration packs do not have to be clear.
- 1 empty reusable water bottle per person (must be transparent plastic and no larger than 1 liter)
- Non-aerosol sunscreen, bug spray, deodorant, hand sanitizer, wet wipes (small/travel size)
- Feminine hygiene products
- Glowing or illuminated costumes or jewelry
- Cigarettes (unopened packs only), vapes, Juuls, or other electronic smoking devices
- Hula hoops (including LED hoops), LED whips, pois and orbitals, gloves, microlights, flowlights
- Blankets, yoga mats, sheets, towels, and moon mats
- Ponchos
- Misting Fans (small)
- Earplugs
