Breakaway is ending its biggest year in Texas, and the debut Houston edition has been built like a season finale. Houston is the final stop on Breakaway’s 13-city 2026 tour, the largest touring season in the brand’s history and one that added three new markets — New York City, Salt Lake City, and Houston — in a single year. Landing at The Festival Grounds at Shell Energy Stadium November 13–14, the inaugural Breakaway Houston will be headlined by Dom Dolla, GRiZ, Cloonee, and Tape B — a four-way split between tech house dominance and bass music’s current center of gravity. Dom Dolla arrives having spent the year as one of the most in-demand names in global dance music, and his second Breakaway appearance of the season closes the loop on a tour that opened with him in Tampa in April. Cloonee brings the same relentless tech house pressure. On the other side, GRiZ’s live show — the saxophone, the production, the sheer maximalism of it — is one of the few genuinely theatrical sets in American electronic music, and Tape B’s rise from regional favorite to headline booking has been among the fastest in bass music.
