A recent report has declared that multiple teams around the National Basketball Association have their eyes on the third-year guard, hoping to trade for him before the 2026-2027 season gets underway.This was fueled by an insider report from Yahoo Sports citing an unnamed league executive who points to Bronny’s development within his short career. “There’s definitely interest there,” the executive said. “He’s gotten much better in a short period. He knows his role, and it’s hard to find young guys who just want to excel in their role.”Bronny expounded on that to the press during a training camp interview. “I think just building on defensive instinct, how I was in the playoffs, picking up full court, taking up the ball forward, [the coaching staff] have been emphasizing that,” he said of the work he’s put in this preseason.
