Wesley Eisold is always getting into interesting situations, like suing WWE. Last night, the Cold Cave/American Nightmare leader hung out with Harrison Ford/Han Solo at the actor's Glenmorangie launch/Tony Hawk's birthday party, along with photographer Atiba Jefferson's usual crew: Tim Robinson, Blake Anderson, and Sam Richardson. Eisold also just announced his first solo performances.
The party took place at the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles for Ford's new Glenmorangie limited-edition Highland single malt Scotch whisky, but also to celebrate the legendary skateboarder's 58th birthday.
But shortly before the function, Eisold shared two September performance dates on social media, with one in Los Angeles on the 11th at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery and the other in Brooklyn on the 19th at the First Unitarian Church. "I've wanted to bring this music to life for years and am beyond excited to finally do it in these intimate, inspired rooms joined by some special guests," he wrote.
"For the first time ever, an immersive live performance of Cold Cave’s Cremations era material, misanthropic synth hymnals and icy electronic glory once described as Whitehouse meets The Cure," he continued. "With acclaimed artist and singer Rosa Anschütz performing music from her album Sabbatical, one year after its release." See the related media below.
