David Lee Roth Announces Summer 2025 US Tour

Hot off his first full concert in five years, David Lee Roth has announced a Summer 2025 US tour. The Van Halen legend will play more than a dozen shows from late July through mid September.

Diamond Dave will kick off the outing July 31st in Hollywood, Florida, and wrap things up September 14th in Napa, California. Along the way, the legendary singer will hit such cities as Bristol, VA; Atlantic City, NJ; Huntington, NY; Cincinnati, OH; and St. Louis, MO, among other stops.

A Live Nation pre-sale using the code FREESTYLE will begin Tuesday (May 6th) at 10 a.m. local time, while a general on-sale starts Friday, May 9th, at 10 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster.

The tour announcement comes just a few days after DLR played a set at the M3 Rock Festival this past Saturday (May 3rd), marking his first full concert since opening for KISS in March 2020, right before the pandemic shut down the concert industry. He seemingly retired from the stage when he canceled a planned Las Vegas residency at the last minute in early 2022, but ended up playing a couple of corporate gigs since then.

At the M3 Rock Festival, DLR performed a 16-song comprised entirely of Van Halen classics, joined by his solo band and a number of backup singers. The response to the video footage on YouTube was overwhelmingly positive.
