David Lynch’s former Hollywood Hills compound is for sale for an asking price of $15,000,000.
The sprawling 2.3-acre estate at 7017 Senalda Road in Los Angeles includes Lynch’s former primary residence, the Beverly Johnson House — designed in 1963 by Lloyd Wright, son of Frank Lloyd Wright. The property also features a building that once housed Lynch’s production company, along with his private editing suite and screening room, which was immortalized on screen in Lost Highway.
The compound also includes a pool and pool house, a two-story guest house, and another one-bedroom living space. You can see photos the listing on Zillow.
Marc Silver, one of the listing agents for the property, told the Wall Street Journal that the hope is for a fan of Lynch or a foundation to purchase the property and turn it into a museum. “It would be a very strong candidate for historical designation,” Silver added.
Lynch passed away in January 2025 at the age of 78. In June, his personal archive hauled in $4.25 million after going up for auction.
