Friday night saw Drake kick off celebrations with appearances from Mario, Bobby V, GIVĒON, Bryson Tiller, and special guest Lauryn Hill, who performed "Ex-Factor", which is sampled on Drake's own "Nice For What". Where the first of his three Wireless appearances was focused on R&B, Saturday night saw Drake champion music from the UK.

During his set on Saturday, he brought out the likes of Skepta, Dave, Central Cee, J Hus, and Headie One, and backed Skepta who ignited the UK vs US rivalry with new track, "Friendly Fire" earlier this month, by saying: "I don’t care what nobody says. As his set came to a close, he invited Vanessa Carlton to perform "A Thousand Miles", before finishing the night by flying around the crowd while Whitney Houston’s "I Will Always Love You" played in the background.

Drake made history as the world’s first artist to headline a festival for three nights with three different setlists. The event marked his return to the UK for his first performance in six years.
