Nick Cave’s acclaimed second novel has received the TV treatment in Sky’s The Death Of Bunny Munro.
Starring Matt Smith and Rafael Mathé, the black comedy series follows misogynistic middle-aged salesman, Bunny Munro, as he takes his son Bunny Junior on a chaotic road trip around Brighton following the death of his wife.

A synopsis reads: “Bunny bounces from one sales pitch to the next, trying to seduce any woman he meets, while Junior kills time talking to the ghost of his mother and grappling with the dawning realisation that his dad isn’t just fallible, he’s a mess.
“As Bunny starts to unravel, he realises he must do something to rescue his son from his own outdated notions of what it is to be a man; to save him from becoming another Bunny Munro.”
Other cast members in the show include Sarah Greene, Johann Myers, Robert Glenister, Alice Feetham, David Threlfall, Lindsay Duncan, and Elizabeth Berrington.
All six episodes of The Death Of Bunny Munro are available on Sky Atlantic and NOW in the UK.
