Fiona Apple releases limited edition vinyl of “Pretrial (Let Her Go Home)”

The 12-inch vinyl will include “Pretrial (Let Her Go Home)” and its instrumental companion on Side A — Fiona Apple’s first release since her 2020 album Fetch the Bolt Cutters, created as a protest anthem advocating for jailed mothers alongside the launch of LetHerGoHome.org.

On Side B will be a pressing of “Court Watchers (Narration & Original Score by Fiona Apple)”, which comes from a documentary short that Apple worked on in collaboration with the National Courtwatch Network, with the aim of encouraging others to volunteer as “court watchers” in order to observe and assess the fairness of court proceedings.

The vinyl will also feature special etchings, encased in an engraved sleeve with cover art drawn by Apple, as well as signed photo cards that will be randomly inserted across the pressings.

Part of the proceeds will benefit Let Her Go initiatives, with at least $7 from each vinyl sold going towards women, families, and communities who have been affected by pre-trial imprisonment.
