Fred Armisen Announces “Comedy For Musicians But Everyone is Welcome” Tour

After he lives out his Ramones-ian dreams this summer, Fred Armisen will embark on his newly announced “Comedy For Musicians But Everyone is Welcome” tour this fall.

The jaunt kicks off October 3rd in Atlanta, hits up Durham, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, New York City, and Sacramento, among other locales, before wrapping up on October 30th in Denver.

Tickets for the October shows go on sale on Friday, May 1st at 10 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster. There’s also an artist pre-sale set for Wednesday, April 29th at 10 a.m. local time (with the password RRLLRR).

Prior to “Comedy For Musicians But Everyone is Welcome” tour, Armisen will team up with Sleater-Kinney to play a series of shows as the Ramones tribute band The Return of Jackie and Judy. Check out all of Armisen’s upcoming tour dates below.

And speaking of living out one’s rock ‘n’ roll fantasies, Armisen is also set to has an as-yet-untitled CNN Original Series debuting later this year. The show will serve as a dive deep into the UMG vaults, spotlighting such musical legends as Nirvana, Guns N’ Roses, and several others.
