One day after announcing a pair of comeback shows at the Hollywood Bowl on October 29th and November 1st, Aerosmith have added fellow legendary rockers Guns N’ Roses to the bill.
Guns N’ Roses join an impressive list of “friends” already on the lineup, including Sammy Hagar, Jerry Cantrell, Heart, The Black Crowes, Run-DMC, Billy Idol, Chad Smith, Eric Church, Mike Inez, Sully Erna, Tom Morello, and more. Previously, GN’R’s Slash and Duff McKagan were listed as individual performers, but now they will play with the full band.
The concerts, dubbed “California, Dream On: Aerosmith & Friends,” will be Aerosmith’s first shows since they retired from touring in 2024 due to a vocal injury sustained by singer Steven Tyler. A pre-sale is underway via Ticketmaster, with a general on-sale starting Saturday, October 10th, at 10 a.m. PT
