Horsegiirl has announced her debut studio album, ‘Nature Is Healing’ – listen to new single ‘Earth Is Turning’ below.
The Berlin singer, DJ and producer will release her long-awaited first full-length project on June 5 via RCA. It’ll follow on from her 2025 EP ‘V.I.P.’ – Very Important Pony’.
She’s previewed the forthcoming collection with a thumping, club-ready track about “the cyclical resilience of nature against human actions”, per a press release.
“The Earth is turning/turning all the time/… And love is winning/winning every time,” Horsegiirl chants over a psychedelic and trance-y instrumental. “Even if things seem like they’re ending, the Earth will keep on turning.”
In a statement, the artist said: “I want to remind human beings that they are part of nature… You are not looking at nature from the outside, but you are right in it.”
Per a press release, HorsegiirL found herself burnt out by the fast-paced demands of the music industry at the end of last year, and subsequently headed to Ecuador to participate in an ayahuasca ceremony.
The ritual led to a realisation that her life’s purpose was to help guide humans to greater awareness of how they are affecting the world at large.
“Her guidance is simple: follow the body, trust the beating pulse. Surrender to the cycles that guide animals and humans alike,” a quote about the album’s themes reads. “So rest now. Touch the ground. Fall into the sound. Feel your ego slip. Let (the) Earth finish the sentence you started. Nature is healing. And so are you.”
As for the sonic style of ‘Nature Is Healing’, the LP is described as Horsegiirl’s “vision of dance music as a force for true connection rather than empty escapism”.
“Across it, her witty and thought-provoking wisdoms are delivered through punchy dance-pop hooks – a literal Trojan horse, if you will – as the music moves fluidly through balearic grooves, electroclash, new-age downtempo, and thumping gabber,” it adds.
Fans will hear tracks “rooted in cutting-edge electronics, euphoric house, and hard, fast club beats” across the record.
Horsegiirl worked on the album alongside Nomak (Charli XCX), Casey MQ (Oklou), Margo XS (Kim Petras, Zara Larsson), Elof Loelv (Icona Pop), FREE Jimi (Dorian Electra), Suena (Apache 207) and A.G. Cook, as well as her close collaborator Luvhunter.
She has used samples of birds, insects, mammals and reptilians throughout the project “to remind human listeners of their deep interconnectedness with all living beings on Earth”. Horsegiirl also incorporated percussion from around the globe, accordions and pan flutes.
‘Nature Is Healing’ builds on the mythology of HorsegiirL’s conceptual world, ONeEARTH, too. This is an evolving philosophy: a return to instinct, shared rhythm, and radical belonging.
‘Earth Is Turning’ comes after recent singles ‘An Apple A Day’ and ‘Only The Best’ in previewing the artist’s debut full-length.

Horsegiirl performed at Coachella 2026 earlier this month, and made a guest appearance during Wet Leg‘s set at the festival. She joined PinkPantheress on stage at the event, all well.
She’ll perform at this year’s edition of Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Sunderland next month. Later this year, Horsegiirl will open for Robyn at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, California. A headline tour of her own is expected to follow later in 2026.
Speaking to NME in late 2024, Horsegiirl spoke about how her “travel EP” ‘V.I.P.’ explored her jetset lifestyle, which “sounds way more glamorous than it really is”.
“I know this sounds maybe cheesy, but it is a new chapter,” she told us. “I haven’t really released a body of work that is as diverse in its approach to different styles of electronic music.”
Horsegiirl explained: “I make less music than I would like to, and I think that’s the biggest change. The more successful you become, I guess the less time you really have for the thing that you love the most.”
