Incubus have shared the title of their upcoming album with a series of projections in London, ahead of their gig at The O2. Check it out below.

The Brandon Boyd-led band first shared news of their new project last month, when they confirmed to fans that their ninth studio album was completed and would be on the way shortly.

Now, ahead of their sold-out show at The O2 in London – which saw them celebrate their 2001 album ‘Morning View’ – the band dropped teasers around the city, confirming that the new record will be titled ‘Something In The Water’.

Fittingly, the projections were shared along the River Thames, and further confirmation came when the band shared footage on Instagram, showing the projections by Tower Bridge, the Houses Of Parliament and more. Check it out below and pre-order the new album here.

The new release will mark the first from Incubus since their ‘8’ album, which arrived back in 2017. Speaking to Flux FM recently about the upcoming project, Boyd said: “I think it’s a really great record, and I’m really proud of it, and all of us in the band are really proud of it. We had a wonderful time recording it.”

As well as marking their ninth record, ‘Something In The Water’ will also come as the band’s first LP with new bassist Nicole Row. Speaking about the influence Row has had on the band, he explained that she has “become a very fast asset to the band”, has “amazing ideas”, and is “a breath of fresh air”.

The aforementioned show at The O2 took place on Saturday night (April 26), and saw the band play their fan-favourite 2001 album in its entirety and in chronological order. This included hit tracks like ‘Wish You Were Here’, as well as an acoustic rendition of ‘Blood On The Ground’.

Alongside the 2001 tracklisting, Incubus also closed off the night with a handful of tracks from across the remainder of their discography, including ‘Anna Molly’, ‘Pardon Me’, and their huge hit ‘Drive’.

Check out the setlist below, as well as footage from the show.

Incubus’ London setlist was:

‘Nice to Know You’
‘Circles’
‘Wish You Were Here’
‘Just A Phase’
’11am’
‘Blood On The Ground’ (Acoustic)
‘Mexico’
‘Warning’
‘Echo’
‘Have You Ever’
‘Are You In?’
‘Under My Umbrella’
‘Aqueous Transmission’
‘Anna Molly’
‘The Warmth’
‘Vitamin’
‘Pardon Me’
‘Drive’

The shows celebrating ‘Morning View’ were announced after Brandon Boyd spoke to NME in 2021 about the 20th anniversary of the album, which spawned the hit singles ‘Nice To Know You’, ‘Are You In?’ and more. During the interview, he shared that there could be more leftover material from that era to come from the vaults.

“There’s a lot of material and we might dust some of it off at some point,” he said. “Sometimes old ideas or demos find their way into back into our sort of collective band consciousness and we’ll dust them off and rearrange them and they become new songs.”

In other Incubus news, earlier this month the frontman made a surprise appearance with Zedd at Coachella 2025 – performing an assortment of tracks, including ‘Drive’.
