Jon Batiste has announced his expansive 2025 “The Big Money Tour,” stopping at more than 30 venues across the United States this summer and fall.
The jaunt kicks off on August 27th at The Midland in Kansas City and will feature stops at renowned venues such as Morrison’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry, a two-night run at Las Vegas’ Encore Theater, Philadelphia’s The Met, and The Anthem in Washington, DC. See the full list of dates below.
Tickets go on sale to the general public next Tuesday, May 20th at 10:00 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster. This will be preceded by multiple pre-sales taking place this Friday, May 16th, including an artist pre-sale (sign up here) beginning at 10:00 a.m. local time, followed by a Live Nation pre-sale for select dates (use code FREESTYLE) starting at 12:00 p.m. local time.
“At the heart of what I’m about is representing the cultural music I come from and taking responsibility to push it forward,” Batiste said in a statement. “That’s jazz. That’s blues. That’s soul. That’s country and gospel music — forms born from people coming together, improvising in real time, and expressing something deeper. I can’t wait to channel that energy live every night — it’s where the music hits its truest form.”
Described as “a multi-act musical journey connecting audiences to Batiste’s roots,” each night of “The Big Money Tour” will feature selections from throughout his discography alongside debuting live material. “These shows are meant to be healing, liberating, and unforgettable,” Batiste added.
Ahead of the tour, Batiste will play a pair of upcoming US dates, followed by a June run in Europe. Get tickets for those shows here.
Earlier this year, Batiste performed the National Anthem at the Super Bowl and took home two Grammys for his work on the Netflix documentary American Symphony. He also released a two-song project titled MY UNITED STATE.
Batiste’s most recent studio album, Beethoven Blues, was released in November 2024. Get your copy here.
