Cambridge-based four-piece Lemondaze have re-emerged with the announcement they've signed to Venn Records alongside the release of their first new single in four years, "o(type)".
"It’s an unconventional love song, the relationship is over, but the wanting and the hurt is still present. Loving someone even though you shouldn’t, that you should move on but you can’t," the band explains. "'o(type)' is a purer, more honest song, it comes directly from our souls. It’s unashamedly us, about our personal relationships with love. We hadn’t made music like that before. This new music feels like a truer representation of us that captures the energy of our live sound which we have previously struggled to do."
