Lizzo has responded after a judge dismissed a harassment and discrimination lawsuit against her touring company. Daniels accused members of the singer’s team of sexual and racial harassment, disability discrimination and creating a hostile working environment. Lizzo and her representatives denied the allegations. Lizzo herself was dropped from the case in December 2024, with her touring company Big Grrrl Big Touring Inc. remaining as a defendant. On Tuesday (September 1), US District Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha dismissed Daniels’ remaining claims, bringing the case to an end unless her team decides to challenge the ruling. According to Billboard, the judge said that some of the alleged behaviour had been “inappropriate and unprofessional”, but found that it was not enough to prove harassment or discrimination.
