Melvins continue to be road warriors, announcing a Fall 2025 US outing with special guests Redd Kross.
Dubbed the “Stop Your Whining Tour,” the trek follows a run of European shows and kicks off September 9th in Flagstaff, Arizona. The Melvins and Redd Kross will hit smaller markets across the States — plus a stop at the CBGB Festival on September 27th in Brooklyn — before circling back for a final gig on October 21st in Tucson, Arizona.
A Live Nation ticket pre-sale for select dates begins Thursday (May 15th) at 10 a.m. local time using the code FREESTYLE. General ticket sales start Friday (May 16th) at 10 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster.
The Melvins’ concert itinerary now takes up a large fraction of the remaining year. The band is currently on the road with Napalm Death, which finds them touring in their dual-drummer quartet format, featuring the band’s core trio of singer-gutiarist Buzz Osborne, drummer Dale Crover, and bassist Steven McDonald supplemented by Coady Willis (High on Fire, Big Business).
Meanwhile, Melvins and Redd Kross have long been associated acts, as Steven McDonald is one of the co-founders of Redd Kross, along with his brother Jeff McDonald. Steven will be pulling double duty on the “Stop Your Whining Tour,” as Redd Kross celebrate their new book (Now You’re One Of Us: The Incredible Story of Redd Kross) and documentary (Born Innocent: The Redd Kross Story).
