My Chemical Romance Bring “Black Parade” Tour to San Francisco: Photo Gallery

A week after kicking off the “Long Live: The Black Parade North American Tour”  with a thrilling show in Seattle, My Chemical Romance made their way to Oracle Park in San Francisco, California, on Saturday night. After opening the show with a full performance of their 2006 emo classic Welcome to the Black Parade — complete with a choreographed stage show — MCR delivered a second set packed with greatest hits and fan favorites. The San Francisco setlist differed significantly from the Seattle tour kickoff, as the band played songs such as “Thank You for the Venom,” “Summertime,” “Boy Division,” and “The Kids From Yesterday,” along with a cover of The Smashing Pumpkins’ “Bullet With Butterfly Wings.”
