Nearly Naked Lil Nas X Hospitalized for Possible Overdose After Charging at Police Officers in Underwear

Lil Nas X has been hospitalized for a possible overdose following a bizarre incident in which the rapper-singer charged at police officers while only wearing underwear and cowboy boots.

According to reports from TMZ and Rolling Stone, the “Old Town Road” musician was strolling down Ventura Boulevard in the Studio City area of Los Angeles nearly naked early Thursday morning (August 21st).

The Los Angeles Police Department, while not identifying Lil Nas X by name, confirmed that a young man began speaking incoherently to a person who was filming him. At one point, he asked the person to put the phone down and made remarks about heading to a party while holding an orange traffic cone on top of his head.

Police officers then showed up at the scene, where Lil Nas X apparently charged at them, He was subdued, handcuffed, and taken to a local hospital for a potential overdose.
