Noah Kahan slams Trump administration for using ‘American Cars’: “Would never approve of my music being used”

Noah Kahan has slammed the Trump administration for using his single ‘American Cars’ without permission. After he was alerted to his music being used, Kahan hit back in the comments section of the post, writing “Would never approve of my music being used in support of you or this administration.” Noah Levine, who co-wrote ‘American Cars’ with Kahan, also left an angry comment adding: “You fat fuck this song isn’t for you.” The track has since been removed from the post on Instagram but it remains on a TikTok post. The White House has yet to comment publicly on the decision to use Kahan’s song.
