PlayStation Midnight Collection Is Still Available For Pre-Order

Everything is sexy in all black, including the latest PlayStation 5 accessories and PS Portal.

During CES, PlayStation calmly announced a collection of all-black (midnight) PlayStation 5 accessories that probably had you asking yourself, do I really need these?

Taking cues from the black 2021 DualSense controller and black PS5 cover plates, the midnight collection adds that same sleek look to the DualSense Edge controller ($199.99), Pulse Elite headset ($149.99), Pulse Explore wireless earbuds ($199.99), and PlayStation Portal ($199.99) and yes, they are still available for pre-order ahead of their February 20 launch.

The PS Portal now features black buttons like the DualSense Edge with slick back accents. The Pulse Explore earbuds come with a jet-black charging case, and the  Pulse Elite headset features a black charging hanger and a felt carrying case.

Outside of the cosmetic changes, the accessories do nothing extra but spruce up your collection. If you’re itching to get your hands on any of these slick accessories, you can head to Sony or Amazon right now.

If any item stands out to us, it’s the PS Portal, which has been a massive hit for PlayStation. The companion device to the PS5 console was also released in a special 30th-anniversary finish to celebrate the PS One’s arrival and has since gained cloud streaming ability.
