It seems Sony has quietly cancelled the majority of the US dates of its Playstation: The Concert tour, which was due to kick-off later this month.
PlayStation: The Concert tour was announced last October and fans were promised a “groundbreaking” live event that would “bring the most iconic gaming soundtracks to life.” Music from The Last Of Us, God Of War, Ghost Of Tsushima and the Horizon series were all confirmed to be part of the show.
A UK tour took place earlier this year but a planned European run was quietly cancelled with a handful of dates rescheduled to early 2026. Now it seems the same thing is happening with the US leg of the tour.
PlayStation: The Concert is set to visit Sao Paulo Brasil as part of the Brasil Game Show later this week (October 11 and 12). Originally shows were scheduled for New York and Pennsylvania on those same dates, but have now been cancelled.

The US leg of PlayStation: The Concert Tour was then meant to start October 16 at The Lyric in Baltimore before visiting Washington, Grand Rapids in Missouri, Chicago and beyond. However, according to Ticketmaster a majority of those dates have now been cancelled and all have been removed from the official PlayStation: The Concert Tour website.
Seven more gigs were set to take place in November but they’ve all been cancelled apart from a single show in Missouri’s Fisher Theatre on November 7, which is reportedly still going ahead. However, all non-resale tickets have been removed from Ticketmaster with fans speculating that it too will be cancelled in the coming weeks.
A second leg of PlayStation: The Concert Tour is scheduled to kick off in January 2026 with 26 shows planned across North America. At the same time, a handful of events will take place across Europe.
No reason was given for the cancellation of the original European leg and so far, Sony hasn’t explained why the first US leg has now been scrapped. Promoters have blamed the decision on “unforeseen circumstances”.
