Tim Miller and David Fincher’s animated anthology series Love, Death, and Robots is returning to Netflix on May 15th with 10 new short films. The newly released Season 4 trailer teases a voice cast including the Red Hot Chili Peppers, MrBeast, John Oliver, and more. Watch the clip below.
Fincher directs the premiere episode, “Can’t Stop,” which recreates the Chili Peppers’ 2003 performance at Slane Castle, Ireland, with Anthony Kiedis, Flea, Chad Smith, and John Frusciante as marionettes.
Other episodes include “The Screaming of the Tyrannosaur,” featuring MrBeast hosting a gladiator contest with mutant competitors riding dinosaurs, and “The Other Large Thing,” featuring Last Week Tonight host John Oliver as a robotic butler. Meanwhile, Kevin Hart plays a smart fridge in “Smart Appliances, Stupid Owners.”
Miller serves as the showrunner of Love, Death, and Robots and produces alongside Fincher, Jennifer Miller, and Joshua Donen. The highly acclaimed Season 3 premiered in May 2022.
All 10 episodes of Season 4 will hit Netflix on May 15th.
