Sean “Diddy” Combs Has 15-Count Federal Lawsuit Case Tossed

Sean “Diddy” Combs can now celebrate a major legal victory after a lawsuit was dismissed by a federal judge. According to an exclusive new report, a lawsuit brought against Diddy by Las Vegas entertainer Julian Sapp was tossed aside due to the length of time that’s passed/ Exclusively reported by All Hip Hop, Julian Sapp, who allegedly crossed paths with Sean “Diddy” Combs in 2007, claims that the Bad Boy mogul hired the adult entertainer to work at a Las Vegas hotel.Sapp added in the lawsuit that after that initial meeting, Combs promised to help the aspiring musician in his journey but instead was forced into sexual acts, adding that he was also allegedly drugged and filmed in compromising positions. According to Sapp, Combs used the videos as a means of controlling Sapp and threatened to put out the footage.U.S. District Judge Jennifer L. Rochon ruled on September 18 to grant Combs’ motion to dismiss the matter because Sapp waited too long to file the complaint. Rochon said that the charges expressed in the complaint fell outside the bounds of the statute of limitations. Sapp said that the last time he spoke with Diddy was in 2012.
