Seether’s Shaun Morgan Berates “Asshole” for Kicking 7-Year-Old Daughter Off the Stage: Watch

1 day ago 6

Seether frontman Shaun Morgan became enraged at a venue staff member or security guard for kicking his 7-year-old daughter off the side of the stage during the band’s concert at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa in Catoosa, Oklahoma, on Thursday (May 29th). The singer even changed the lyrics to the band’s hit “Remedy” to reflect his anger at the situation.

As transcribed by ThePRP, Morgan told the crowd, “Hey, sorry, that took a little while. I had my fucking kid on the side of the stage the whole entire show, and then suddenly this fucking asshole kicks her the fuck off the stage.”

He continued, “She’s 7-years-old, and now she can’t even go in the front of fucking house and watch the show? Man, fuck you. What the fuck is wrong with people? She’s a fucking child, and you just kicked her off the fucking stage her dad’s playing. I hope your dick is super fucking huge bro.”

The band then launched into their 2005 chart-topping song “Remedy,” with Morgan angrily and amusingly altering the lyrics: “Blah, blah, blahdy-blah, some fucking rules that kick the kids out/ Doing no fucking harm, just watching their daddy play a rock show/ ‘I’m a little man, with a tiny dick, and I have control’…”

Seether will be back on the road this fall co-headlining a run of US shows with Daughtry. Tickets for their upcoming dates are available here.
