SNL Spoofs The White Lotus with The White Potus

A privileged family of immense wealth sees their international vacation turned upside down after the father’s misguided decision leads to an impending economic calamity. It sure sounds like Season 3 of The White Lotus, but I’m actually describing the premise of SNL’s parody, The White Potus.

In place of the Ratliffs are the Trumps, with Donald slowly coming to terms of the dramatic implications of his global tariffs. Meanwhile, Don Jr. teaches Eric how to be a man, and Ivanka (played by Scarlett Johansson) takes up Buddhism. Jon Hamm, this week’s SNL host, plays a version of Robert Kennedy Jr. inspired by Rick, and Beck Bennett also pops up as Vladimir Putin. There’s plenty more packed in the five-minute sketch — including a nod to The White Lotus’ now-infamous incest scene. Check it all out below.
