The Aarhus-based new music showcase, kicks off on 1 May with over 150 names heading to Denmark's second city for 2 days of music and industry networking. Sweden's AKA Lisa - the music project of Stockholm based singer/songwriter and producer Calle Johansson - leads today's announcement, along with seven home-grown artists – Berg, PAY, PAYDAR, Polite, Roya, VILMA, and Von Quar – and Oslo folk-fusion outfit Pumpegris [pictured].

In addition to its music programme, SPOT+ is the festival’s annual music industry summit for professionals from the Danish and international music industry and will run from 30 April - 2nd May.

Since 1994, the festival has become one of the Nordic region's most acclaimed platforms for emerging musical talents, establishing itself as the place where Danish and Nordic artists can be discovered by local, national, and international industry professionals.

Further lineup announcements for SPOT will follow and each stage is set to curated by some of the festival’s partners – from record labels and organisations to local youth groups and future generations of the city’s music scene. Details of 2026’s panels, presentations, workshops and networking opportunities will be also revealed throughout the coming months.

Tickets for SPOT Festival 2026 and SPOT+ delegate passes will be available from 1 December.
