The Life Of A Showgirl, released back in October, has amassed 642,000 chart sales across CD, vinyl, streaming and download, as reported by Official Charts. The album arrived after Taylor Swift's momentous Eras tour, which saw her celebrate her nearly 20-year career with 149 shows across 21 countries.
Drawing upon data provided by the Official Charts Company, Taylor Swift had the biggest opening week of her career with The Life Of A Showgirl, which landed 423,000 chart units. This marks the biggest-ever opening week for any international artist, and sees Swift landing her 14th Number 1 album in the UK.
The Official Charts have provided a list of 40 of this year's top titles, including Sabrina Carpenter's Short n' Sweet, Ed Sheeran's +–=÷× Tour Collection, and Oasis' Time Flies... 1994-2009. Check out the full list below:
