East Anglian duo The Healing Power of Horses have announced their signing to Partisan Records sister label section1, and released their first single, “i wait, i sink”.
As the latest signees to section1, The Healing Power of Horses join the likes of RIP Magic, Blonde Redhead, and King Princess. "i wait, i sink" arrives as the first offering from the duo, and is said to be a product of an evening spent "blowing up audio interfaces and blowing through vapes".
The announcement comes just ahead of a run of live dates, which includes a performance at Brighton's The Great Escape as part of the line-up for the Best Fit stage. The showcase will be hosted at The Green Door Store tomorrow, Wednesday, 13 May, with artists including Sword II, Pollyfromthedirt, and more.
