The Simpsons is heading to Fortnite for a new, limited-time event that will launch after the conclusion of ‘Fortnitemares 2025’.

The Simpsons’ mini-event is set to go live tomorrow (November 1) and was officially announced this week after several leaks.
Not much has been confirmed about The Simpsons crossover but players can currently find Bart’s Treehouse near Creepy Camps that has a TV displaying a number of iconic scenes. Animated aliens Kang and Kodos can also be spotted flying around during the opening moments of a match.
Taking to social media, the official Fortnite account wrote: “Attention puny earthlings! Our Alien Overlords have a message for us and you are commanded to drop in before 11AM ET on November 1. You dare not miss it,” which seemingly confirms that Kang and Kodos will play a leading role in the mini event.
An in-game advert confirms the title of the crossover is “Welcome, Our Alien Overlords” and the description reads: “Not even Bart’s Treehouse can contain what awaits. Kick back on the couch, grab a donut and welcome Kang and Kodos.” More information is due soon.

According to various leaks, The Simpsons x Fortnite mini-event will feature a number of well-known skins, a Springfield-themed map and Simpsons-inspired challenges.
The Simpsons x Fortnite collab will go live at 3pm GMT on November 1. The crossover follows on from the Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4 ‘Fortnitemares’ event and comes ahead of Chapter 7 Season 1, which is expected to go live December 2, 2025.
The current ‘Fortnitemares’ event unleashed the “VIPs of fright” into the game, with Jason, Wednesday Addams, Scooby Doo and Ghost Face joining the battle alongside Doja Cat. However the crossover didn’t get off to the best start when Doja Cat clashed with Epic Games over a sex toy joke that was made during a X takeover. The following day, Doja Cat streamed herself playing Fortnite and the internet couldn’t get enough.
Before that, a Daft Punk collaboration launched in Fortnite and was praised by fans of the dance titans.
In other news, Nintendo has confirmed Animal Crossing: New Horizons is set to get a huge surprise update and a Switch 2 upgrade early next year.
