The past, present, and future of techno is represented on the Time Warp Autumn 2025 lineup — along with a splash of house.
This fall, Time Warp is once again going back to its longtime stomping grounds of Mannheim, Germany. And for the 2025 edition of Time Warp Autumn, which lands at the Maimarkthalle on November 7-8, a lineup that spans the past, present, and future of techno talent lies in stall for anyone lucky enough to attend.
Heritage techno acts such as Berlin figurehead Sven Väth and Dutch DJ and producer Joris Voorn will appeal to longtime fans of the genre. Meanwhile, those who found their point of entry in the years leading up to the pandemic will delight in performances by the likes of Russian superstar Nina Kraviz, French party starter I Hate Models, Italian acid techno duo 999999999, and Dutch Filth On Acid label boss Reinier Zonneveld.
But it is perhaps its embracing of the most current popular styles of techno where the Time Warp Autumn 2025 lineup truly shines. Between hot, new acts like Novah, Lilly Palmer, KI/KI, the recent fusion of hard dance and techno known simply as “hard techno” is given ample real estate on the graphic.
Of course, Time Warp always bills plenty of house music acts to serve as a palate cleanser of sorts. LP Giobbi, Chris Stussy, DJ Gigola, and a back-to-back set between BLOND:ISH and Josh Baker will be along for the ride to offer a needed respite.
