Tom Cruise Wants to Keep Making Movies Into His 100s

Back in 2023, Tom Cruise said he was planning to make Mission: Impossible movies until he turned 80 to match Harrison Ford’s longevity. Now, the 62-year-old actor has apparently lengthened that timeline, telling The Hollywood Reporter that he is going to make movies “into my 100s.”

“I will never stop. I will never stop doing action, I will never stop doing drama, comedy films — I’m excited,” he elaborated.

However, this won’t include Mission: Impossible films. Elsewhere in the red carpet interview, Cruise confirmed the latest entry, Mission: Impossible – the Final Reckoning, lives up to its name: “It’s not called ‘final’ for nothing.”
