Brandon Flowers covered Oasis‘ classic hit single ‘Don’t Look Back In Anger’ with his son for a show marking the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks last night. READ MORE: Brandon Flowers tells us about making his most personal album yet: “I’m finally ready to do this” The Killers frontman was joined by his 15-year-old son, Henry, on acoustic guitar for a rendition of the track at Red Butte Garden in Salt Lake City. “I’ve got a 15-year-old son and he loves Oasis and he’s gonna come out and he’s gonna do ‘Don’t Look Back In Anger’,” said Flowers. “C’mon Henry, c’mon out here.” You can view footage below. Flowers is currently on his North America tour in support of his new solo record, ‘Thrasher’, ahead of his UK and Ireland gigs this autumn. Elsewhere in his set on the night, he performed tracks from the record along with The Killers classics ‘Mr Brightside’ and ‘Read My Mind’. Flowers will continue his tour in the US at Ogden Theatre in Denver tonight (September 12). His appearances on these shores will include a stop at London’s Royal Albert Hall on October 15.
