Jack White joined Ringo Starr on stage recently to perform The Beatles‘ ‘With A Little Help From My Friends’. Watch below.

Starr and his ‘All-Starr Band’ played an 11-track set at Bourbon & Beyond 2025 in Louisville, Kentucky last Saturday (September 13). White also performed at the event that same day.

To close his show, Starr treated the crowd to a rendition of The Beatles’ 1967 classic from ‘Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band’.

As JamBase notes, White assisted on a chorus of voices singing John Lennon and Paul McCartney‘s part on the track. His current bandmates Patrick Keeler, Bobby Emmett and Dominic Davis appeared too, along with singer-songwriter Sammy Rae.

“I want to thank everyone for joining me on stage this evening,” said Starr at the end of the performance. “It’s been really great. Thanks for being a great audience. Remember the music. Peace and love! I love you all.”

Earlier in the show, Starr was joined by members of Toto (Steve Lukather), Men At Work (Colin Hay) and Average White Band (Hamish Stuart) to cover Toto’s ‘Rosanna’ and ‘Hold The Line’, Men At Work’s ‘Land Down Under’ and Average White Band’s ‘Pick Up The Pieces’.

Back in January, White appeared on stage with Starr at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee for the latter’s Ringo & Friends At The Ryman TV special. This came after the former White Stripes frontman played live with Paul McCartney in Mexico City last November as part of Corona Capital.

In 2022, White suggested that The Rolling Stones copied The Beatles. He argued that Mick Jagger and co. “were chasing a hit constantly and feeding off whatever the hippest thing was, copying whatever The Beatles did last week”.

Meanwhile, the musician has praised Nine Inch Nails‘ current tour, saying he was “enthralled” by their live show.

In other news, Jack White has reportedly sold a portion of his back catalogue to Sony Music for an unknown price. His latest solo album, ‘No Name’, was released last year, ahead of a 2025 UK and European tour.
