Metalcore band Live Without have teamed up with Denny’s to promote the new Mozz Pit Burger.

Live Without are best known for their iconic performance 13 years ago inside of a Houston Denny’s restaurant, including the now-iconic breakdown call, “What the fuck is up, Denny’s?!”

A Denny;s press release stated, “The Mozz Pit Burger starts with a juicy 100% beef patty, melted American cheese, and a soft, golden brioche bun. But it doesn’t stop there – three crispy mozzarella sticks crash the party, drenched in rich tomato sauce for a flavor explosion that’s part burger, part cheesy masterpiece – and all chaos in the best way possible.”

Chris Bode, President and CEO of Denny’s, added, “We’re inviting fans to stage-dive into this over-the-top burger. The Mozz Pit Burger celebrates the ‘no rules’ attitude that makes Denny’s so iconic and always open for whatever the day or night may bring. It’s loud, it’s bold, and it’s a tribute to the fans who have made America’s Diner the stuff of legends.”

The Mozz Pit burger is available through June 2nd in select Houston, Los Angeles, and Miami locations.

Live Without’s performance inside of a Denny’s was held 13 years ago on May 19th. Video of the performance quickly went viral, becoming a staple in punk and metal culture almost immediately.

The band has stayed active in the Texas punk, metal and hardcore scene after their iconic performance, including opening for blink-182 and Pierce the Veil in 2024.

In celebration of the new burger, Live Without staged a new performance inside a Denny’s, fully sanctioned by the restaurant chain. Watch that video and the original performance below.
