Woodsist, the record label run by upstate New York psych-folk institution Woods, has revealed the lineup for its annual autumn get-together, the Woodsist Festival. This year's fest will take place Sept. 26 and 27 at Arrowood Farms in Accord, NY, headlined by ultra-mercurial cult favorites Destroyer and Cate Le Bon.
Next up on the poster is a tribute performance billed as Divine Songs: The Music Of Alice Coltrane; no word on who'll be participating in that. They've also got Dead Moon's Toody Cole, Frog, Woods (of course), Hayden Pedigo, Ryan Davis And The Roadhouse Band, Otto Benson, Dutch Interior, Rogê, Okonski, a solo performance from Mdou Moctar, Secular Music Group, Jens Kuross, and Ruby Of Thanks. The Woodsist contingent will surely be pleased.
