Sorry, friends, but you’ve lost your chance to own a piece of cinema history: The mechanical rhino built for the “butt birth” scene in Jim Carrey’s seminal Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls has been sold at auction. While the original estimated bid range was $4,000-$8,000, after 14 bids the prop was ultimately purchased for $59,850.

On the auction page, PropStoreAuction.com goes into detail about the restoration of the rhino since its original use in the 1995 film. The full-sized prop measures more than 10 feet “from tip to tail.” Need to see it in context? Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls is only available on Blu-ray via Amazon, though there’s also now a snazzy new 4K Steelbook version of the first film, Ace Ventura: Pet Detective.
