Alice Cooper was joined by his Hollywood Vampires bandmate Johnny Depp on Friday night (July 25th) for a rousing rendition of Black Sabbath’s “Paranoid” in honor of Ozzy Osbourne, who passed away this past Tuesday (July 22nd).

The performance of “Paranoid” took pace toward the end of Cooper’s concert at the O2 Arena in London. The shock rocker started the song with his solo band, including guitarist Nita Strauss, and was joined halfway into the tune by Depp, who walked onstage with his guitar and played the song’s famous riff alongside the other guitarists.

Depp stuck around for Cooper’s own classic “School’s Out,” for which they were joined by members of the original Alice Cooper Band. The night ended with a rendition of Ozzy’s “Crazy Train.

Earlier in the week, Cooper told Planet Rock of Ozzy’s passing, “Even though you know it’s coming, especially with Ozzy, especially with certain guys in rock where you go, ‘He certainly hasn’t been well for a while,’ but what a shock to the system.”

Alice Cooper will return to the States for headlining shows beginning in mid August before embarking on a co-headlining North American tour with Judas Priest in mid September. Tickets to his upcoming shows are available here.
