American Football are definitely up to something. They changed their profile picture on all social media platforms to the red-hued photo that you can see above, they posted an online teaser, and fans noticed that the inside of the American Football house was lit up red recently too. Now, they announced a lengthy spring/summer tour, and the last sentence of their new press release reads, “As spring approaches in 2026, so does new growth…”

Hopefully this all means we’ll be learning about LP4 soon, but meanwhile, the tour begins on May 15 in Denver and wraps up on August 16 in Minneapolis. Support comes from Mei Semones, IAN SWEET, Marconi Union, and Afternoon Bike Ride, varying by date, and artist presales start Wednesday (2/4) at 10 AM local time, with a general public on-sale to follow on Friday (2/6) at 10 AM local.

The band also says, “In response to the deadly violence and intimidation around the country provoked by ICE, American Football will be partnering with PLUS1 to donate $£1/€1 from every ticket sold across the tour to Safe Passage International & The Illinois Coalition for Immigration & Refugee Rights; two essential organizations defending immigrant rights and supporting deportees, migrants and refugees.”

NYC gets a stop on July 9 at Brooklyn Paramount and that one’s with IAN SWEET. All dates are listed below.
