The tour, which is running in support of von Hausswolff's sixth album ICONOCLASTS, first began back in December with an extensive run of European dates. von Hausswolff and her band were initially scheduled to play a short run of North America shows beginning in San Francisco on 16 March, but today, she took to social media to share that she has been left with no choice but to move the shows to next year.

In the statement, she writes: "Hi USA, you slick little monster. I come bearing bad news. I am really sad to announce that our North America tour will be postponed. My band's US visas have not been approved, which means we are unable to perform there. It's unclear why this is happening. We have done everything we can, but we are left with no other choice but to move the tour dates. Unfortunately the Canada dates are also affected.

We are certainly taking a loss on this, but l am most sorry to disappoint you who bought tickets and were excited for the show. There is a silver lining. We are coming back with new dates, more cities (Philadelphia, Seattle & Portland), a bigger crew and even bigger venues. I am completely humbled that the tour sold out. We are going to make this up to you. My team has already worked quickly to set up a new plan. We are moving the tour to January 2027, when all this should be fixed.”

She continues, ”All tickets remain valid, and refunds will be provided to everyone who needs one. Please note the venue changes! Thank you for your patience.”
