Truth, Excision, Wooli, Space Laces, Metrik, Zomboy, Camo & Krooked, and Virtual Riot are among the initial artists announced to play Apocalypse Zombieland this year.
Insomniac‘s Bassrush brand continues to champion a wide array of bass styles at its standout showcases and stage takeovers, but its biggest soiree, Apocalypse Zombieland, has become a home to them all. Since its debut in 2023, this festival at the Queen Mary Waterfront has become hotly-desired for bass lovers to attend, with each passing edition offering everything from dubstep and experimental to drum and bass and other styles.
This year, Apocalypse Zombieland will shake things up, with zombies invading Long Beach a bit earlier than in past years. The festival’s new dates, June 19-20, will be quite a shift in temperatures for those who basked in the chill of Thanksgiving weekend. Helping turn up the dial another notch is the initial wave of the lineup that dropped today.
Among the immediate standouts on the first phase are some of the hottest artists in the bass scene today. Fans of Excision and Wooli will be delighted to know that the two artists will be taking over the decks together for a set that is sure to feel larger-than-life. Others, like Space Laces, Truth, Ivy Lab, Kompany, HEYZ, Level Up, CALCIUM, Riot Ten, and Zomboy, will pack a punch with their performances as well.
You won’t want to sleep on the sets from Taiki Nulight, Distinct Motive, Crumb Pit, Cool Customer, Torcha, and Casey Club if you’re hunting for forward-thinking sets. Meanwhile, additional back-to-back action at the festival will bring acts like Dack Janiels and Pyke, and Blankface and Decimate, to the stage together.
Drum and bass will continue to be a force to be reckoned with at Apocalypse Zombieland as well. Standout solo sets will arrive from the likes of Camo & Krooked, Metrik, Bensley, Goddard., and Sota, while Mefjus will be joined by Daxta MC, and Grafix and Subsonic will go back-to-back. You also won’t want to miss legendary artist Goldie when he takes the stage during the festival’s first edition in June.
Two-day GA and VIP passes for Apocalypse Zombieland 2026 go back on sale Thursday, March 12, at 12pm PT. Head to Front Gate to make your purchase and stay tuned for the rest of the lineup to be revealed!
