This year’s BAFTA film Awards nominations are being announced today (January 27).
The contenders for next year’s ceremony – which itself takes place on February 22 – are due to be confirmed at 12:00pm GMT. The nominations can be streamed live below.
The ceremony is the British highlight the 2026 awards season, which will culminate with the Oscars on March 15.
This year’s BAFTAs will be hosted by Alam Cumming, taking over from last year’s regular host David Tennant.
The 2025 BAFTAs saw big victories for The Brutalist and Conclave, both taking home four awards each. Conclave claimed a double victory of both Best Film and Best British Film, although did not replicate that success at the Oscars, where Anora took home the top prize.
