Barry Keoghan Is Ready to Play Ringo Starr in Those Beatles Biopics

Production is officially underway for Sam Mendes’ four-part Beatles biopic, and Barry Keoghan is already looking the part. Attending a film premiere on Wednesday night, the actor offered a first look at his transformation into Ringo Starr, sporting the signature mop-top hairstyle that defined the Fab Four’s early era.

All four movies are set to open in theaters in April 2028. Along with Keoghan playing Starr, the cast includes Harris Dickinson as John Lennon, Paul Mescal as Paul McCartney, and Joseph Quinn as George Harrison, plus Saoirse Ronan as Linda McCartney, Anna Sawai as Yoko Ono, Aimee Lou Wood as Pattie Boyd, and Mia McKenna-Bruce as Maureen Starkey.
